The host Laura created a cozy atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Her attentive nature made me feel at home right away. Every morning, breakfast was a highlight. the freshly cooked options were impressive, from delicious porridge to made-to-order choices. The room had a lovely private terrace garden, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The views from the lounge were stunning, and the art collection throughout the B&B added a nice touch of charm. A nearby steep walk to attractions may be challenging for some, and I noticed limited parking during peak times. Despite these small downsides, my stay was wonderful and relaxing.

Our stay in the King Room was marred by a cramped en-suite shower and minimal space. we could clearly hear sounds from the bathroom above, disrupting our peace. The breakfast area was affected by cooking smells of dining.

A hidden gem near the castle
From the moment we arrived, Laura made us feel incredibly welcome, offering tea and chatting about the area. The breakfast, especially her homemade bread, was a true highlight!
The room was somewhat cozy, and the options for on-site parking during peak times were limited, but these were easily overlooked given the overall experience.

wow, where do i start? laura is just the best host ever! she met us late at night and was super sweet offering tea. the room was so cute with a lovely garden view and perfect size for us. breakfast was fresh and delish, especially the french press coffee. the whole place is so clean and looks amazing, felt like home.
the only bummer was that parking spots filled up quick, and my room didn’t have the best view.

Charming stay with a great breakfast
We stayed for 2 nights, and Laura was super friendly, even had a map to show us around! The lounge is spacious, and enjoyed sipping my coffee there. The only thing I'd mention is that the parking spots can fill up, so you might need to get there early. Loved the little picnic area outside!
